The travel document must be printed from web, mail or shown via mobile device upon embarkment.

All payments and refunds (reimbursements) are in Norwegian Kroner, and according to current exchange rates. 

Terms and conditions

Tickets bought online can be refunded up to 24 hours before departure. If you have an outbound and return ticket, the time limit for refunding applies to the time for the outbound ticket. For roundtrips, the whole trip must be cancelled, and new tickets must be booked.

Tickets can, however, be cancelled according to the terms refunds.

Missing payment: Travelers who do not have a valid ticket, or otherwise have not filled the regulations, can be charged an additional fee of up to kr. 1.500 NOK. You are responsible for bringing valid id for discounted tickets (senior, student, children etc).
