Ferry and express boat operator Norled is set to win the competition to operate ferry services in Lyngen from 2021.
Troms and Finnmark County Council has today informed Norled that it has awarded the contract for the Lyngseidet-Olderdalen and Svendsby-Breivikeidet ferry services to Norled AS, and intends to sign a contract with Norled.
The contract for the Lyngseidet services will apply from January 1, 2021 to April 30, 2031. Norled was awarded the contract in a competition between a total of three shipping companies.

The waiting period for award is set to (10) days. The contract will be signed after its expiration.
