The senior card is a discount card for anyone over the age of 65 who travels on Norled’s express boats in Sogn og Fjordane.
The senior card can be used on Norled’s express boats between Bergen – Nordfjord and Bergen – Sogn. During the summer season, the boat also goes all the way to Flåm. For information about timetables and stops see here.
The senior card – in brief
The Senior Card is valid from January through November 30, 2026. The card must be ordered digitally. Once you have received it, the annual fee is paid on board the boat. In subsequent years, it will be renewed directly on the boat. It is important that you keep the receipt, as this must be presented upon inspection. When you travel, simply show the Senior Card to the ticket collector, and you will only be charged a fixed price for the ticket of 245* NOK, regardless of how far you travel.

Terms for the senior card
- You must be at least 65 years old to use the card.
- The card cannot be used by others.
- The card is valid all days except Friday and Sunday (all departures) and restricted days during, for example, Christmas, Easter, and Pentecost. Read more under terms and discounts.
- Norled is not responsible for lost cards. In case of a lost card, a new card must be ordered, and a new annual fee must be paid.
- Keep your receipt for the annual fee.
- The card must be shown unprompted at the time of purchase.
- If you do not have the card with you, you must purchase a regular ticket on the boat.
- The card applies to those who have a permanent residential address in Norway.
- You are not entitled to pre-book a seat with the senior card.
