Refund of ticket

General information:

The travel document must be written or displayed from a mobile phone, and presented when boarding.

Refund conditions

Tickets purchased online can be refunded up to 24 hours before departure. For round trips, the deadline is 24 hours before departure. Purchases made after this will not be refunded.

Tickets purchased online cannot be changed.

Tickets can be canceled in accordance with the deadlines for refunds (see above). For return trips, the entire journey must be refunded and a new ticket redeemed.

Non-payment: Travelers who, upon inspection, do not have a valid ticket/card, or in other ways have not complied with the regulations, may be charged an additional fee of up to NOK. 1 500,-
