If you want to cancel a season ticket and get a refund of the residual value and the deposit for the card (100Kr), the web form below must be completed. A picture of the receipt must also be attached to the form below. The card itself and a copy of the receipt must be sent to us in a letter. Mark the envelope with the case number you will be given by e-mail when this web form registration is completed.

Calculation of residual value
The residual value you are refunded will be based on the date you submit the web form below and the postmark on the letter you send to Norled.
Calculation of the refund will be based on the number of days left of the valid period, and according to rules set out in the National Regulations. In addition, you will be refunded the deposit on the card itself.
