To buy tickets online from Norled, follow these steps.
- Go to Norled’s website: www.norled.no.
- Click on “Buy ticket” to start the ticket purchase process. Please note that online ticket sales are available for the following speedboat routes.
- Bergen-Sogn-Flåm-Bergen
- Bergen-Selje-Bergen
- Hardangerfjorden (summer route only)
- Select your preferred route, date and time for your journey.
- Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Remember to print your ticket or have it available on your mobile to show when boarding. Please note that tickets purchased online can be refunded up to 24 hours before departure, but cannot be changed. For refunds, visit Norled’s refund page.

General information
The travel document must be printed from the internet, email or shown from a mobile phone, and presented when boarding.
All payments and refunds are made in Norwegian kroner and at current exchange rates.
Refund conditions
Tickets purchased online can be refunded up to 24 hours before departure. For return trips, the deadline is 24 hours before departure.
Tickets purchased online cannot be changed.
Tickets can be canceled in accordance with the deadlines for refunds (see section above).

Non-payment
Travelers who, upon inspection, do not have a valid ticket/card, or in other ways have not complied with the regulations, may be charged an additional fee of up to NOK. 1 500,- . You are responsible for bringing valid identification (honor card, student ID, etc.).
