The tour departs on Saturday afternoon and is a great alternative for those who want to experience the Norwegian fjords but don’t have a whole day to spare.
Nordeide is located a short distance into the world-famous Sognefjord. Some also call the fjord the “King of Fjords”.
On this trip, you’ll experience the transition from coastal to fjord landscape. We sail through narrow straits and mighty straumes in Alverstraumen, also called the magical straumes. When you get to Nordeide, you have to get off the boat and wait for 25-30 minutes until a new boat arrives to take you back to Bergen.
Feel free to bring something cold to drink on hot days – the on-board kiosk has a varied selection of food and drinks.

To use the student ticket, you must be between 17 and 29 years old and have a valid student ID. Your student ID must state that you are a student in the current school year. The student ID cannot be valid for more than one year, in which case you must bring documentation for each semester.
