The Sognefjord is located in the middle of Fjord Norway and extends all the way to the foot of Jotunheimen and Jostedalen National Park.
The scenery here is both dramatic and hospitable, and there’s plenty to do and see along the fjord. On this trip, you’ll experience the transition from coastal to fjord landscape with narrow straits and mighty straumes and snow-capped mountain peaks. From April 1 to October 31, there are daily departures on the express boat between Bergen, Balestrand and Flåm.
We recommend you make time for a stop along the Sognefjord in one of the charming villages. Explore the area and continue your journey by boat the next day.

Do you love traveling by boat and want to explore more of the fjords and mountains? On this trip you can use our FJORDcard – travel as much as you want for 5 consecutive days. We also have a good selection of food and drinks in our kiosks on board.

If you have a valid semestercard for this semester, and are between 18-29 years old, you are able to buy our student tickets. This gives you 40% discount of the ordinary adult one way price. The discount is automatically deducted when you book online. Remember to bring your studentcard and present it if there is a ticket control.
