Change agent booking

It is only possible to change the pax number on a ticket bought on credit. A prepayed ticket must be cancelled using the Claim cancellation refund form. It is possible to change a ticket up until 7 days before departure.

If you want to change the pax category, departure date or time, that is not possible, and that booking will have to be cancelled using the Claim cancellation refund form.
