These conditions apply for tours that are booked and paid for online.
Your ticket for the tour is the travel document you receive when you make your booking. You must have the ticket with you for checks throughout the entire trip.
Our conditions stipulate no refunds for tickets for individuals travelling alone on our round trips/adventure tours. Your booking is binding once you have confirmed it and paid for the tour. We recommend you take out travel insurance with cancellation cover and that you contact your insurance company if you need to cancel your trip due to illness. In the event of illness, it is the insurance company that processes the actual refund.
Norled collaborates with other companies for most of the tours, and these companies must be informed that you are coming. Online sales therefore close at 1900 the day before departure.
Your booking is binding once you have confirmed it and paid for the tour.
Online bookings can be paid for by Visa and Mastercard.
Norled AS can cancel a tour if unforeseen circumstances arise that we cannot control, e.g. natural disasters, industrial disputes or similar, and that make it difficult or inadvisable to undertake the trip (force majeure). The client cannot claim repayment if the cancellation is due to force majeure.
Should anything happen during the actual trip, you can contact our customer service centre on +47 5186 8700.
Any claims must be made as quickly as possible by e-mailing email@example.com
Norled AS reserves the right to change prices, as well as misprints in text, images and links on our web pages.
We reserve the right to make changes which may arise after the catalogue was printed and which will then be made known by means of a supplement/special edition, and to make changes to the route of a tour which may arise as a result of unforeseen events.
We also reserve the right to make changes to prices and terms and conditions after the catalogue has gone to press, and to misprints.
